We offer a full return policy on all new products, with the exception of promotional and sale items. Discounted items are not covered by this guarantee.


No Refunds for Sale Items

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded. These purchases are final and cannot be exchanged either, including in cases of incorrect size. Please make sure to choose your size carefully when purchasing discounted items.


Return Shipping Costs Are Paid by the Customer

Customers are responsible for the costs of returning items. Molly & Lilly Dublin does not reimburse return shipping costs and cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred during the return process.


Returns Must Be Reported Within 14 Days

Returns must be reported no later than 14 days after receiving the item by contacting us at info@mollylillydublin.com. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Please make sure to respect this deadline in order to make use of the return policy.


Sale Items Cannot Be Exchanged

Sale items cannot be exchanged, including in cases of incorrect size. Please ensure that you select the correct size before completing your purchase.

We provide a full guarantee on defective items. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it may be returned for a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Please contact us at info@mollylillydublin.com to submit a claim.
